THE WINTER
THE WINTER
Christmas day I wake
And look out at the Winter
I see snow and a man on the bench
He looks cold and wet,
He wears rags and shoes with holes in,
I look around the park and I saw a snowman,
I turned back the man was gone,
I go out to get my mum some bread,
On the way back I saw the man,
He had a dog,
And was reading a book,
He looked hungry,
I gave him some bread and milk
I also gave some food to his dog.

THIS CHRISTMAS GARDEN
THIS CHRISTMAS GARDEN
The snow blanket,
The sparkling white mud.
The snow is cold and white
The snow feels like sparkling mud
We have snowball fights
Ice is cold like snow

WINTER ON THE STREET
WINTER ON THE STREET
Winter is very scary at night,
You’re lonely and bitterly cold
You wish that round the corner was food.
But all you find are bins.
You hope for some presents every year
All around there are families having fun
It makes you feel alone.
You walk past a pub window, there’s an open fire
All you have to look forward to is a newspaper bed
You walk through the wet snow,
Looking for shelter
Finally you see a light shining from a hall
You go inside
There was Christmas for everyone.
You find peace at last.
